    or "make a reasonable offer". From an outstanding estate, this pennant measures approximately 14 1/2" x 6 1/2", and includes four very long tassels. The pennant features soft orange felt with white felt trim; the silk-screened
    "Juarez"
    features very attractive, flowing letters. I believe the pennant to be from the 1950's or 1960's time period, based on the style of pennant and the great vintage estate sale I attended.
