Green and clear rhinestone Art Deco 2 piece buckle. Each side has 6 large faceted green rhinestones on the top tier in a prong type setting and 5 small clear rhinestones on the bottom. The fasteners each have 8 clear Rhinestones.  The silver tone does show wear or vintage patina on the back.
