RME FireFace 800 Audio Interface with original box. Near mint condition. Clean !
If you are here, you know what you are looking at so I'm not going to bother posting the specs of this unit.
I've owned several of these and they work great. The AD/DA converters are still great today...
For best results, use a Texas Instruments chipset 1394 Firewire 400/800 card with this unit. (not included)
Comes with box, normal US plug, German plug, and the fire wire cable. Drivers are available on the RME website.
Now.. For whatever reason there is one thing you are going to question when you open the box. What is that smell?
The last picture is the open box showing the plastic foam ears that protect the unit in box. Those two white things stink like a burning band-aid. I tried to air them out in an attic for months, it's just the plastic smell, I assure you there is NO electrical issue with the unit.
