    Description

    Gorgeous Mid-Century, Hollywood Regency  6 Piece Salad Bowl - Cruet Set with Salt & Pepper in the frosted Gold Leaf design with fabulous gold tone holder - this was stored and possibly never used in buffet cabinet - the gold holder has teak handles - no pitting or rusting at all on the holder.  All the glass is in wonderful condition - no wear to the gold - the cruets have original stoppers.  The salad bowl is large almost 11" diameter with the total length of the holder approx 18".  The only issue is when I took it out the salt pepper tops were somewhat stuck - I soaked in hot water and they came off but now I can't get back on - they are a little yellowed so if you can find clear tops or gold tone tops it would look amazing, especially if you have any matching barware, chip & dip bowls etc.  There is one little pinhead sized spot on the salad bowl where the frosting is missing but certainly doesn't take away from the set and fantastic having this so complete and in such nice shape!  The glass on the cruets has the old Anchor Hocking mark used from 1937-1979.  I kind of hate to part with it but it will do the same and sit in my cabinet and if this works with your mid century decor a really nice addition!   I will carefully wrap all pieces in bubble.   I also have a lot of the Libbey stagecoach/old car bar ware being listed.  (as well as two Curtis Jere pieces!)  Shipping is based on West Coast from CT - happy to refund the difference to East Coast as it will be less.
