    Flume 2 Smart Home Wifi Water Monitor And Leak Detector - USED.
    I bought this new from Amazon ~6 months ago and happily used it until last month when my water company replaced my meter with a new one that is incompatible with Flume.  Flume says "The Flume Smart Home Water Monitor is compatible with 95% of homes", so i am in the unfortunate 5%.
    My Flume alerted me to a leaking toilet, so it actually does what it claims.
