Item Description
Deluxe High Efficiency Premium SeaDoo RFI Fuel Pump kit Provides 10% More Flow Than the Stock Bosch SeaDoo Fuel Pump With Less Amperage Draw.
Kit Includes:
High efficiency fuel pump
Internal fuel filter
External fuel filter
Fuel tank gasket (Goes between the Pump assembly and the fuel tank)
Step by step instructions with 16 colored pictures detailing (including pump cut-away pictures) how to replace the pump, internal filter and external filter
Verified
Drop in replacement for the original SeaDoo RFI pump. Utilizes the existing wiring harness. No splices or modifications required.
Tested in actual RFI SeaDoos to ensure proper fuel pressure and amperage draw across the RPM range.
Fuel pump dynamometer tested across the entire output range and compared to the OE Bosch SeaDoo pump to guarantee performance
Other pumps have been reported to have excessive amperage draw for the SeaDoo RFI application which can lead to premature rectifier failure or could cause the battery charging circuit to not operate properly.

The fuel pump module will need to be removed from the SeaDoo to replace the fuel pump. Once the module has been removed, the process to change the pump requires 20-30 minutes (depending on skill level).
